Job Scope
The incumbent will be responsible for implementation and monitoring all processes under the operation of the Policy Service Delivery Department of MetLife Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing in-force policy requests, including communications on customer queries.
- Preparing/approving disbursement of different types of customer benefits like Maturity, Cash Surrender, Policy Loan etc.
- Overseeing suspense management, reconciliation, reviewing PSS & contract of new products, supervising third parties and arranging logistical support for them.
- Implementing quality assurance for Policy Account Values for UL policies and forecasting and preparing all types of departmental reports.
- Monitoring and providing observation on simulated AV after every billing cycle.
- Performing PAS project's UAT and completing regular operational tasks assigned by line manager.
Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
Required Experience
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Functional Competencies
- Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric with proactive & positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Skilled in using Microsoft office tools (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
- Overall system and LifeLine knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lead a small team.
